{"id":802,"date":"2025-04-17T13:07:10","date_gmt":"2025-04-17T13:07:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foratalent.com\/?p=802"},"modified":"2025-04-17T13:07:10","modified_gmt":"2025-04-17T13:07:10","slug":"branch-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foratalent.com\/index.php\/2025\/04\/17\/branch-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Branch Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Location: Langley, BC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reporting to the Retail Manager, Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure the timely delivery of sales and service to a wide variety of customers in a safe and effective manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What you\u2019ll do:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee and coordinate the daily activities and work processes of the branch to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and branch profitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage branch staff through effective communication, coaching and team building to achieve superior performance in all key areas, with a particular focus on customer service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for the financial viability of the branch by establishing and controlling key performance measurements with respect to inventory levels, cylinder control, truck routing and other fixed assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate, implement and maintain safe work practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide product and basic sales training for branch staff to ensure effective customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What it takes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Education and Experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A college diploma, or working towards one, preferably a college degree in Business Administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-2 years administrative experience preferably in an industrial environment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Location: Langley, BC Purpose: Reporting to the Retail Manager, Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure the timely delivery of sales and service to a wide variety of customers in a safe and effective manner.
